Karamveer Singh is a practicing Chartered Accountant who believes in creating value for the businesses of his clients by implementing innovative ideas in the field of accounting and auditing. His vision is to make people financially literate by helping startups in establishing their ventures in compliance with the regulatory & registration procedures, to make the entire process hassle-free.

The understanding of the registration process and adherence to the rules enables him to guide his clients in the future course of business transactions as an auditor. He has expertise in Accounting and Auditing Standards, Indirect and Direct Taxation, Compliance related to Company Law.

Karamveer has continuously strived to update his professional knowledge and understanding through various post-competence courses offered by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) like Information System Auditor (ISA), certificate courses in Indirect Taxation & International Taxation. He is also pursuing the US CPA that makes him better equipped for the ever-changing and challenging scenario of the accounting and auditing landscape. According to him, accounts and finance are core functions for any business entity and are essential for the survival, growth, and financial health of any company. The overall understanding of the financial concepts and aligning them with the operations of the business can predict the success of a business.

• Bachelor of Commerce from Symbiosis College of Arts and Commerce, University of Pune 2009;
• Master of Economics from University of Pune 2011;
• Information System Audit from ICAI in June 2018.

He started his career with Cummins India Limited, Pune, as a Manager (Finance), and in 2013 he joined the practice of CA. During his practice, he had good exposure to provide consultancy to the startups in various direct and indirect tax matters, Company Law matter, Project funding, and Auditing Assignments. He has served many international clients and played an instrumental role in designing the internal control for their trading business. He is currently handling the financial, accounting, and auditing functions of various startups and established businesses in the Tri-city and various parts of the country. His role as an in-house CA is highly appreciated by The Law Codes.
