- Providing timely and accurate guidance on compliance-related matters to the Coach, Captain, and other team members as needed.
- Educating the team on the importance of compliance and fostering a culture of compliance within the team.
##Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this position should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Law, with a focus on sports or entertainment law preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a related field, with at least 5 years in a compliance role.
- Excellent knowledge of Indian laws and regulations pertaining to the game of cricket.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Sound judgment and decision-making abilities.
