Mr. Parth completed his Bachelors in Law from Law College, Dehradun, which is among one of the premium institutes for legal studies in Dehradun. Parth completed his graduation in 2016 and after completing his B.A LL.B, he zealously joined the legal profession and started practicing at Delhi District Courts, Delhi High Court.

Being born and brought up in Delhi, Parth never bothered about traveling from one district court to another. He understood in quite early days of law practice that appearances and arguments before different district courts will give him an enormous wealth of experience and exposure in legal practice. Parth started his career as a criminal lawyer and gained considerable experience in criminal litigation. He acquired expertise in criminal matters related to white-collar crimes, Negotiable Instrument Act, Defamation, Matrimonial, Crime against women, Prevention of Corruption Act, SC/ST Act, Protection of Children from Sexual Offences, Enforcement Directorate & CBI, etc.

Most of their colleagues of Parth told him to just concentrate on the Law practice but he had an aspiration to join post-graduation. With an academic bent of mind, in the year 2017, Parth decided to pursue LL.M from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, New Delhi and he completed LLM in 2019 with a specialization in Cyber Law. He also did a Diploma in Cyber Law from the Asian School of Cyber Law, Pune that made him an expert in Cyber Law.

Having gained considerable experience in all the areas of criminal law and the Indian Evidence Act, Parth decided to take up civil matters of diverse range to have a better understanding of Law in all the disciplines. He dealt with civil matters such as Property Disputes, Will Probate, Injunction Suits, Possession Suits, Declaratory Title Suits, Recovery Suits, etc. The dedication, hard work, and commitment to the notion of Justice gave Parth outstanding results in the cases where he appeared as a counsel. The commerce background of Parth gave him an opportunity to understand corporate law and all related matters due to which he gained the reputation of a Corporate Lawyer in NCLT and NCLAT.

Parth from his college days had a keen interest in Constitutional Law, during his appearances in the Delhi High Court for Civil and Criminal cases, he found an interesting connection of Constitutional Law with Civil and Criminal Law. Apart from the practice of Civil and Criminal Law in the High Court, Parth actively dealt with Writ Petitions and LPA before Delhi High Court.

Parth is a Senior Associate at The Law Codes and he heads the litigation division of Delhi for the Firm. His constant efforts for the cases and clients he represents are highly appreciated by The Law Codes. Parth has always added enormous value to the Law practice of the Firm and he is an asset to The Law Codes.
