Unfair dismissal/suspension: –
If you have faced unfair dismissal/suspension or disciplinary proceedings without being heard or have not given a fair chance to reply, avail your remedy under the service law.
An employer can dismiss an employee for a whole host of reasons, however, the good news is that the law is fairly clear when it comes to employment matters and it should not have been an unfair dismissal. An employer also needs to ensure that they have followed the formal disciplinary process at all times and acted reasonable.
